It has been observed over the years that many churches, nations, organisations, businesses and institutions are unable to outlive their founders or owners with the same or even more dynamism and excellence. Others are not able to sustain and improve upon the standards that were set up from the foundation.

Some fade with time even in the lifetime of the founders, owners or leaders. Quite a number of them plateau whiles others lose their steam. This realisation is the critical challenge that Transreladership seeks to address. Transreladership is not just a subject to be taught. It is a movement and a global agenda towards leaving living legacies.
