Who is he that contends against the God of Israel and His people unduly?

Who is that arrogant tongue that spews evil and iniquities to blaspheme the Name of the Almighty and His people?

Who by the might of his strength and the power of his fleeting wealth has risen against the God of Israel thinking, it is by his strength and the power of his might that he has done exploits. Hence, defiles the name of the Lord by his achievements and conquests.

Hear the word of the Lord this day:

“ ‘But I know where you are and when you come and go and how you rage against me. Because you rage against me and because your insolence has reached my ears, I will put my hook in your nose and my bit in your mouth, and I will make you return by the way you came.’ “
